CAMPSITE FACILITIES
Marden and Brierley campsites have a small shop which is open most evenings which stocks most types of convenience foods and everyday items.
On all sites there are vending machines which dispense snacks and drinks.
On all sites there are campsite wash rooms with pay washing machines and tumble dryers.
There is a medical centre open most days in peak season which is attended by an occupational nurse or first aid person.
There is a campsite workshop where you can borrow items such as vacuum cleaners, mops and buckets and cleaning materials; the workshop staff will help with any accommodation problems.
There is Campsite Office on each Campsite, where skilled and experienced Seasonal Workers Liaison Officers are ready to assist you with all kind of queries.
You will have access to computers for checking your daily earnings and printing off your payslip.
SERVICES
Repatriation Insurance
We require you to have insurance covering you for repatriation for the whole length of stay at S&A. If you do not have repatriation insurance we are able to arrange relevant cover at €21.60. We do advise that you also take out your own travel insurance to cover your journey to and from the UK.
Key features of the insurance we offer are:
- Cover for personal accidents such as death, loss of limbs, sight, speech and hearing or permanent total disablement.
- Cover for repatriation and associated costs such as costs of necessary repatriation, additional travel or accommodation following accidental physical injury or illness.
- Cover for personal liability for death, injury or illness to another person and accidental damage to the property of another.
If you opt to pay for this insurance in your home country, the period of cover starts from the date you arrive at S&A and ends on the date you depart from S&A. If you opt to pay for the insurance at the farm, the period of cover starts on the date you sign consent to purchase this service.
Travel Arrangements
It would be an enormous benefit to you if travel from your home country directly to S & A site is arranged for you. This will take a lot of stress away from you, especially if your knowledge of English is limited. We charge €21.60 for this travel arrangement service. This is only payable in your home country if you choose to travel with S & A contracted Travel Agents. The actual cost of the travel will be charged to you at a cost price of the travel. Please note that in accordance with company rules no cars allowed on the company premises.

Documentation Service
Working in the UK requires the completion of many forms, few of which are translated into your native languages. This service assists you with the completion of all documents required whilst working with us. Some examples are listed below. If you require this service you will be asked to pay one off payment of €36.00 in your home country.
- Assistance with completion of documents for Home Office (WRS)
- Assistance with completion of documents for DWP (NI)
- Assistance with completion of documents for opening bank account
- Assistance with bank transfer documentation
- Assistance with completion of documents for tax returns (P85, P86, P45, and P60)
- Administration assistance with repatriation
- Make appointments on your behalf for treatment with Doctors, Dentist and Hospitals
- Collect your medical prescriptions
- Transport you to and from hospital, doctor and dentist
- Arrange language interpretation where necessary
- Provide daily transport to local shops
- Provide at least 5 free English language lessons

Entertainment Service
All S & A campsites provide an extensive range of entertainments facilities, which are managed by a dedicated entertainments team. This service exists for your benefits only. A weekly fee of £2.75 covers UNLIMITED use of all facilities listed below. Should you opt for this service and become a Member of Seasonal Worker Social Club £2.75 will be deducted from your wages on a weekly basis.

There are many other small games available on request for social club members such as cards, chess, checkers and darts.
Throughout the season there are various competitions organised such as football, volleyball, pool and table tennis.
If you are not a member of the Seasonal Workers Social Club you will have to pay for the use of any of the above entertainment facilities other than those marked with *.
Accommodation
We aim to keep costs down to a minimum and allocate transport on an individual basis and as such we do not offer refunds as we ourselves are committed by our transport agents.
