Before you start work you will be given an Induction and Training. Your induction will take place on your first or second day at the farm. This is when all the necessary administration will be carried out.
On the induction day you will:
- Complete all necessary documentation
- Receive a Work Permit (Bulgarian or Romanian nationals only)
- Partake in the induction process
- Partake in the training process.
Usually you will start work the following day after your induction.
